About Luxorides
Luxorides is a brand operated by Umbrella Room Ventures India Private Limited. These terms apply to the Wedding by Luxorides website and to wedding transportation services confirmed by Luxorides.
Enquiries & Confirmation
Website content, vehicle images, form entries, WhatsApp messages and verbal discussions are invitations to enquire. A booking exists only when Luxorides has confirmed the date, city, service and vehicle requirements in writing and the booking steps stated in that confirmation have been completed. Please check the written details promptly and report any error.
Vehicle Availability
A preferred model, colour or vehicle category remains subject to availability until written confirmation. If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable because of breakdown, safety concerns, delayed return or another operational issue, Luxorides may discuss a suitable alternative. Any accepted change will be recorded with the customer.
Chauffeur Service
Wedding vehicles are chauffeur-driven. Customers and passengers must not drive, move or operate a booked vehicle. Chauffeur reporting locations, contacts and instructions should be accurate and reasonably accessible.
Routes, Timings & Waiting
The booking customer should provide accurate pickup points, destinations, reporting times and venue access information. Travel and arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, security checks, processions and other conditions. Schedule, route or waiting-time changes are reviewed against vehicle commitments, chauffeur duty limits and the confirmed booking terms.
Multiple Vehicles & Guests
For convoys, family cars, guest movements or destination weddings, the customer should provide passenger groups, luggage needs, pickup points, venues and responsible contacts. Vehicle capacities and lawful access requirements must be observed. A travel arranger or family member booking for others confirms that they are authorised to share the necessary details.
Decoration & Special Requests
Flowers, ribbons, child-seat requests, accessibility needs, oversized luggage, pets, security protocols and other special requirements must be disclosed before confirmation. Decoration is subject to material availability, installation time, vehicle suitability and safe, non-damaging application.
Customer Responsibilities
Passengers should follow lawful safety instructions, use seat belts where available and behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and staff. Smoking, unlawful activity, dangerous conduct and damage to the vehicle are not permitted. Customers are responsible for their belongings and for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their party, except for ordinary wear.
Changes, Cancellation & Payment
A request to change the date, time, route, vehicle, city or service scope is subject to availability and written acceptance. Payment steps and any booking-specific cancellation or refund conditions are stated before confirmation and are governed by the written booking record together with the Booking & Payment Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Severe weather, road closures, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbance and similar events may delay or prevent a movement. Luxorides will make reasonable efforts to communicate and consider an alternative, rescheduling or other appropriate outcome in line with the confirmed booking and applicable law.
