Enquire once your wedding date and city are known. Popular dates and specific models can be requested well in advance, while the final movement plan can be refined as venues and timings are confirmed.
Wedding Cars & Couple Transport
Yes. The plan can include separate bridal and groom arrivals, movements between venues and a couple or vidaai car. Share each movement so the right vehicle and reporting time can be reviewed.
Guest & Destination Transportation
Yes. Provide the pickup points, passenger groups, luggage needs, reporting windows and destinations. The team can then review an appropriate vehicle mix and movement sequence.
Chauffeurs & Coordination
Yes. Luxorides wedding vehicles are provided with chauffeurs; self-drive service is not offered.
Decoration & Special Requests
Decoration can be requested for suitable vehicles. Share the car, colour palette, flowers or materials you prefer and the required completion time so feasibility can be checked.
Changes & Cancellations
Request the change through the confirmed booking channel as early as possible. Changes are reviewed against vehicle availability, route feasibility, chauffeur schedules and any booking-specific conditions.
