This policy applies to visitors and people who enquire about or manage Wedding by Luxorides services. Luxorides is a brand operated by Umbrella Room Ventures India Private Limited.
Information You Provide
You may provide your name, phone number, email address, wedding date, city, pickup and drop locations, venues, service and vehicle preferences, passenger or vehicle counts, travel details, decoration requests and other information included in your messages. If you provide information about guests or another traveller, you should be authorised to share it for the enquiry or booking.
Why Information Is Used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, review vehicle and city availability, prepare and confirm a wedding transport plan, coordinate vehicles and chauffeurs, communicate service updates, manage payments or approved refunds, maintain necessary business records, protect customers and vehicles, and address questions or disputes.
Website Form & WhatsApp
The enquiry form works in your browser and creates a WhatsApp message from the fields you complete. It does not send the form to a Luxorides website database. The message is shared only when you continue to WhatsApp and press Send. WhatsApp processes your use of its service under its own terms and privacy policy.
Technical Data & Cookies
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting and security infrastructure may create basic technical logs such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, timestamp and error or security information. Browser settings can be used to control locally stored website data where applicable.
Sharing for the Service
Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with assigned chauffeurs, vehicle or fleet operators, decoration or operational partners, communications and hosting providers, payment or accounting providers, professional advisers, insurers, or authorities where required or permitted by law. Luxorides does not need your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or one-time password.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry follow-up, booking fulfilment, customer service, accounting, tax, audit, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Different records may require different periods. Information that is no longer required should be deleted, anonymised or access-restricted where reasonably practicable.
Reasonable Security
Luxorides uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No website, messaging channel or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should use official contact details and avoid sharing sensitive authentication credentials.
Your Choices & Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information is held about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or ask for deletion of information no longer required.
